While you are booked and, on your trip, support will be available to you 24/7.
All units vary in amenities, but all do have the same basics. Such as a coffee pot, linens, towels, chairs, and cooking utensils. We try to structure our RVs like an Airbnb with all the amenities you could need, minus the hot tub of course.
Each listing will show the number of available beds and the number of people that the unit will reasonably accommodate. Modifications or exceptions can be made to accommodate small children, but we recommend staying close to the suggested sleeping arrangements for comfort and safety reasons.
Security deposit
Security deposits are fully refundable upon a post trip inspection that results in no (on trip damage) being found.
Pet Deposits:
For RVs that allow pets, we do charge a NON-refundable pet deposit at booking.
Refunds:
Partial booking refunds can be made within 7 days of booking. Refunds will not be given after that time frame as we will loose the ability to re-book the RV with another customer at the short notice.
Yes,
We need a valid driver's license on file before booking for insurance purposes even if you have the RV delivered to the site.

Insurance through the website or booking platform is a requirement to book with us and offers a great protection plan for a variety of unforeseen circumstances.
Yes,
You can book a one-way rental through us, but you will be subject to a recovery/ re-delivery fee to get the unit back to its original location. We can go over those costs in your booking request.
Generally, as a rule of thumb check-in/ delivery would be around 3 pm and the checkout/move-out time would be 12 pm on the last day.
We can accommodate different pick-up and drop-off times to work with your travel plans with advanced notice.
